How Dr Scent works

A Dr Scent system has two parts: a device and an aroma oil. The device turns the oil into scent; the oil is what you choose and change.

Cold-air nano diffusion

The diffuser breaks the oil into an ultra-fine dry mist using air pressure — no heat, no water, no residue. The fragrance keeps its full character from the first note to the last, and nothing settles on furniture.

Choosing a device

Coverage is listed on every device. Match it to your room; if in doubt, use the coverage & oil-use calculator.
Control — every model sets working hours and intensity. Wi-Fi / Bluetooth models add app control and can link to Alexa or Google Home.
Placement — near moving air (an AC vent, a doorway, a walkway) spreads scent best. Keep the unit off the floor and out of direct reach of small children and pets.

Choosing an oil

Browse the Fragrance Library by family and intensity. Strong scents suit large or busy spaces; soft scents suit bedrooms and small rooms; medium works almost anywhere. Our oils are made in the UK, IFRA-certified, cruelty-free, paraben-free and non-toxic.

Refilling

Run the lowest intensity that scents the room comfortably — it lasts longer and reads as more natural. As a guide, a 500 ml bottle in a medium diffuser lasts around 2–4 months. The 500 ml and 1000 ml bottles have the best price per millilitre.

After-sales

Every device carries a one-year warranty. For business installations we offer scheduled monthly check-ups, oil refills and on-the-spot replacement.
