Contact us before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible; the published return rules will apply.

How do Dr. Scent diffusers work?
Cold-air diffusion turns fragrance oil into a fine, dry mist without heating or adding water, helping distribute scent evenly.
Do diffusers purify or disinfect the air?
No. They scent and freshen a space but are not air purifiers or disinfecting devices.
What area can a diffuser cover?
Coverage depends on the model, layout, airflow and intensity settings. Solutions range from small rooms and cars to large commercial premises.
Can a diffuser be programmed?
Many models support schedules and intensity settings; selected models also support Bluetooth or app control.
Do diffusers need maintenance?
Periodic cleaning helps preserve consistent performance. Warranty and rental service terms depend on the product or agreement.
Can I put another brand's oil in the device?
We do not recommend it. An unsuitable formula can reduce performance, cause damage and affect warranty coverage.

Do I need to add water?
No. Dr. Scent oils are supplied ready for direct use in compatible diffusers.
Do the oils contain alcohol?
Dr. Scent professional diffuser oils are alcohol-free.
Where are the oils produced?
Dr. Scent is an international brand headquartered in the UAE; its aroma oils are produced in the United Kingdom.
How often should oil be refilled?
Consumption depends on the diffuser, bottle size, schedule and intensity. With average commercial use, monthly checking is recommended.
Will the oil leave residue on furniture?
Correctly installed cold-air diffusers are designed to produce a fine mist. Keep the outlet unobstructed and follow placement instructions.
Are the oils suitable around children and pets?
Use every product according to its label and safety guidance. Ensure ventilation, keep oils out of reach, and seek professional advice for allergies or special sensitivities.
Can you create a signature fragrance?
Yes. Custom scent development is available for businesses, subject to the brief, sample approval and minimum quantity.
Warranty, service and rentals
What warranty is included?
Eligible devices include the warranty stated on the product page, invoice or warranty document. Keep your proof of purchase.
Can businesses rent a diffuser?
Yes. Rental/service plans are available for eligible commercial and institutional customers.
What does a rental plan include?
Depending on the agreement, it can include equipment, installation, scheduled refills and maintenance.

How do returns and exchanges work?
Products must meet the conditions in our return and refund policies. Used devices and opened aroma oils may be excluded except where required by law.
