Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Time frame: Products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
Product condition:
- The product must be sealed and include all original packaging, accessories, free items, and components delivered with it.
- The product and packaging must be in good condition.
- The serial number must match the number at purchase.
2. Late Return Requests
Returns requested after fourteen (14) days are not accepted under applicable law, regardless of other conditions.
3. Returning the Product
To start a return, call our landline or contact the sales representative who delivered the product.
Valid ID and the original receipt are required.
