Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
Time frame: Refunds for eligible items are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Condition: Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Used or damaged items (except defects) are not eligible.
2. Refund Process
Request: Contact info@dr-scent.ge with your order number and reason.
Inspection: After we receive the return, we inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.
Issuance: If approved, credit is applied to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Some items cannot be refunded, including aerosol sprays and fabric sprays.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer and is non-refundable; it may be deducted from the refund.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
First check your bank account, then your card issuer and bank (posting can take time). If still missing, email info@dr-scent.ge.
