Warranty
1. Warranty Period
Dr. Scent diffusers and scent machines carry a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing and workmanship defects under normal use.
2. Lifetime Extended Warranty
The warranty is extended for the entire service life of the device, provided that only genuine Dr. Scent aroma oils are used. Running the device with third-party or non–Dr. Scent oils voids the extended warranty.
3. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and assembly.
- Electronic malfunctions that are not caused by the user.
- Operational faults that appear during normal, intended use.
4. What Is Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, drops, accidents, liquids other than aroma oil, or unauthorised repair and modification.
- Normal wear of consumable parts.
- Devices operated with third-party or non–Dr. Scent oils.
- Aroma oils, aerosol sprays, fabric sprays and ceramics — these are consumable goods and are not covered by the device warranty.
5. How to Claim
To request warranty service, keep the original invoice and the device serial number, then contact us. After inspection, a covered device is repaired or replaced.
