Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Domestic orders: Orders within Georgia are processed within 1–3 business days.
International orders: Orders outside Georgia are processed within 5–7 business days.
2. Shipping
Domestic shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days after processing.
International shipping: Delivery within 15–20 business days after processing. Times may vary by location and carrier.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated from order weight and delivery location, and are shown at checkout.
4. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
5. Weekends and Holidays
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays. Orders placed on those days are processed on the next business day.
6. High Volume Periods
During peak periods (for example holidays), shipments may be delayed. Thank you for your patience.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Dr. Scent is not responsible for customs fees or taxes on your order. Any tariffs or taxes during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Damages and Lost Packages
Dr. Scent is not liable for products damaged or lost in transit. If you receive a damaged order, contact the carrier to file a claim and keep packaging and damaged goods.
