How long does one bottle last?

It depends on the device, the intensity setting and the room size. As a guide, a 500 ml bottle in a medium diffuser at a moderate setting lasts around 2–4 months. The calculator gives a precise estimate for your setup.

What do “strong”, “medium” and “soft” intensity mean?

It is how far the fragrance projects and how present it is. Strong scents suit large or busy spaces (lobbies, shops, gyms); soft scents suit bedrooms and small rooms; medium works almost anywhere.

Are the oils safe? What are they made of?

They are made in the UK, IFRA-certified, cruelty-free, paraben-free and non-toxic, formulated for diffusion into the air. They are not skin or food products — do not apply to skin or ingest.

Are they safe around pets and children?

Used as directed in a diffuser and at a sensible intensity, yes. Keep bottles closed and out of reach, ventilate the room, and if a pet or person is sensitive, run a lower setting or scent an adjacent room instead.

Can I mix two fragrances?

We do not recommend mixing oils in one bottle — it can unbalance the blend and clog the diffuser. To layer scents, run two devices, or alternate fragrances between refills.
